Am I an ideal surrogate candidate

My friend asked me to be a surrogate for her but I am not sure if I will be able to. I am 32 years old and have never been pregnant. I also am slightly anemic and have a history of ovarian cysts and low blood pressure. I am not sure I would qualify to be her surrogate or if I can safely deliver a baby for her.
