After using panderm on my body sometimes back some rashes started coming out on my body that look like fungal

Please stop using panderm. It contains very strong steroid. If this is fungal infection, steroids should not be used. You have not described the rashes which you get. Is there any ITCHING? Please send a detailed history and duration with photos so that i can give a better answer. If it is a fungal infection then the treatment is antifungal creams and tables. Do not apply soap over that area.
