I have been have this pains for more than 5 months now back and front pain, I have drank so many pain releaf still

Hello there. U can understand your concern. .get some tests done. Tab. Zerodol-p twice a day after food for 3 days. Consult a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management. He will be able to help you further. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
