I always feel like i have to pee and sometimes  both pee and poop also . After complition of urine when i try to do it came drop by drop. I am taking alfoo from about one year but does not get rid of this. Please suggest something

Taking alfoo will solve half of problem..you have to do bladder training..drink around 1.5 l per day water..pass urine every third hourly.. continue alfoo..if still no improvement will need from further testing
