Bisoheart 2.5 mg for htn
Aztolet 10 mg for cholesterol
Both 1 a day
Also taking Tab trigabapantine 100mg 1 a day for little and ring finger pain (ulnar nerve issue)
And sinarest for sinus issue (temporary)
Please suggest me an alternative for Trigabapantin which is not effective after a long course. And this is not right time for ulnare nerve surgery.
Also suggest me an alternative for sinarest ( for my wife be cause she is experiencing allergic reaction. Her ige levels are near 1000)

Your ring finger pain is not surgery type of issue.
And trigabalin is for neuropathic pain which genrally occurs due to uncontrolled suger uncontrolled htn done dietry deficencies cervical spondylitis etc u need to be tested and councelled. After detailed history and some investigations and thair corilations best treatment can be done
