Hi
What you are experiencing is known as ACHOO, I kid u not! Aka autosomal dominant compelling helio opthalmic outburst syndrome or the photic sneeze reflex. It affects approximately 30% of the population where sun exposure or exposure to any bright light brings about sneezing bouts. There are no health risks involved and is more of an annoyance than anything else.
Sun allergy involves more of symptoms like itching and rashes on sun exposure.
Unfortunately, ACHOO does not have a prescribable treatment regimen. As with any allergy, avoiding the stimulus is the mainstay.
Health Tips
Avoid prolonged sun exposure as much as possible. If and when you do go out, protect yourself from the sun with hats or scarves.
