Am suffering from allergy since 4years. It is playing with me like hide and sick. It is coming for week ,then it will go and again it will come after 10 days. What should I do ?

hello.. we should find out the cause of your allergy...avoid dust,pollution,changing weather...cover yourself when you go out...consult a physician once for evaluation
