I guess you have been diagnosed as rosacea because all the medications prescribed are used to treat rosacea. Clinically rosacea presents as facial redness with pimples like lesions mainly precipitated by sunlight, hot beverages, spicy food, alcohol,  smoking and stress. Depending on grade of rosacea it can be treated. Clindamycin and metrogyl prescribed as antibiotics and they very rarely causes irritation. Erythego which reduces redness causes irritation. Apply very little. Can be mixed with non comedogenic moisturizers. Most important thing is strict photoprotection. Use sunscreen every 3 hours. Avoid all the precipitating factors as said above.
