Hello Allergic conjunctivitis is very common There is no permanent treatment Precautions A. Avoid exposure to dust B.avoid rubbing eyes C. Cold compresses D. Use antiallergic eyedrop like olopatadine twice daily along with lubricating eyedrop frequently E. Mild steroid like fluorometholone eyedrop may be required for severe allergies Having said that it is provisional diagnosis kindly consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done
