Well.. It looks like allergic bronchitis..the problem in this case is you will get the symptoms when ever you are exposed to allergens,dust,pollen etc...I think you need to started on seroflo inhaler to be taken when ever you have symptoms ..I suggest you to consult a physician at the earliest
