Hello, It is so unfortunatebthat your baby is suffering with this in such a tender age But do consult only pediatrician first as a part of the evaluation then if needed he may refer you to a pulmonologist. But moat often it gets regressed by the treatment of pediatrician because the care given by pediatrician is needed for your daughter than a pulmonologist. Take care of your daughter. Thank you
