Hi Doc.. I am addicted to alcohal (only rum)  from past 2 and half years ( may be more than this) ...that too on daily basis...270ml per day...Due to this my body shape has been changed...like bulky face..bulky eyes, and my stomach has become like a pregnent woman..want to quit...dont know how can i...even though i have migrain...and drinking  effects i know....i am bachelor aged 29...and also i have some family issues...my personel issues...i feel all these forced me to drink..to sleep properly .....rest i dont know plz suggest...how to get rid of this stupid habit..last thing if i am with my family...i forgot drinking and i dont fill any urge to drink... And I used meet my family once in a year for 10 to 15 days max... Sir please help.. Due to this habit..i am wasting..runing my money like wastage..(i smoke also)..
