Aftercovid recovery eye & cheek twitchi

Respected doctors Iam lakshmi kanth and I recovered from covid almost 30 days and after one month recovery I recently experienced left eye blinking and cheek also blinking occasionally and all other things are normal please can you suggest any medicine or natural remedies for reduce my symptoms thanking sir for giving valuable suggestion
