After wakeup feeling sleepy tired

Dear sir After wake up feeling sleepy, tiredness, low energy. This problem from 10 years onwords. Last time I visited hospital they done tests Blood test,CBP, HG,  thyroid test, sugar test everything is normal. They given some multivitamin tables , B12 ,Calcium tables. I used 2 months but nothing effect on me. Due to this problem my professional life effected kindly give solutions

If every basic investigation is normal may I suggest further evaluation in person to a physician to rule out other causes like perhaps a cardiac evaluation with ECG, ECHO.
