After MTP having few remains

Went under medical abortion.. took the pills and sonography report endometrium thickness came 9.2 mm and few remains in uterus.. Now have taken the second dose of medicine and since 5 days haven't had much bleeding... should i do for surgical treatment if i find any remains in next checkup or wait for next menstrual cycle.. is apiration surgical treatment available and safe in pune ?
