these symptoms could be due to convalescence.
1. drink lots of water.
2. have 5 small meals a day.
3. include a variety of greens, fruits and vegetables in your diet.
4. inculcate the habit of brisk walking everyday for about 20 mins.
5. take a multivitamin tablet everyday.
6. have good sleep of upto 8 hours everyday.
if still persists, consult a physician.
