AFIB Apple Watch reading

I’m a 35-year-old female and recently had a routine cardiac check-up last August including an echocardiogram (ECHO) and ECG because of palpitations, both of which were normal. However, my Apple Watch has recently indicated about 20% atrial fibrillation (AFib) readings. I wear the watch regularly, and this is the first time I’ve seen such alerts. Could this be a false positive, or should I consult a doctor for further evaluation?

You should get a 24 hour. Holter monitor test done, and then you should consult a cardiologist.
