I had done my transvaginal scan today to check my AFC Count. Reports shows that I have 15 follicles on the right ovary and 18 on the left ovary. My AMH level is 2.88 Please suggest if the reports are normal or the AFC Count is on higher side? Is there anything abnormal ?

For AFC on day 2 or Day3 TVS gives better information. If 15 and 18 is your follicular count on D2 or D3 TVS suggestive of PCO, then your AMH is not correlating.
