Need opinion on taking emergency pills and its after effects. If advised, need a suggestion on which pills to consume.

Emergency pills are for accidental unprotected sex.They should be taken within 72 hrs of unprotected sex otherwise they are useless. But not to be taken routinely as they cause irregular periods and prolonged bleeding due to hormonal imbalance.
