Urine Pregnancy Test or UPT is most accurate when the first drop of urine in the morning, since the UPT is positive you should meet a OBGYN who will evaluate you and you will be sent for your 1st dating ultrasound scan so as to evaluate the weeks of pregnancy and expected date of confinement. You can also do a beta HCG test to confirm the UPT test results as it is more accurate and specific.
