Adenomyosis and fibroids
Hi, i am 34yrs. I have diffuse adenomyosis and 2 fibroids(subserosal and intramural). I have unbearable periods pain from 6 months. Can i plan for a second child. Could u please let me know what all could be pregnancy complications in such a scenario. Without pregnancy itself, i have this severe period pain. So i dont want to risk it.plz suggest.

Fibroids might interfere with fertility n in the development of fetus as well but it is not a reason to not continue preg . U can plan but consult as soon as ur pregnancy test comes positive as fibroids involve complications so u must b aware about it before hand
