Hi, my skin is sensitive i.e when lifted weights feels pain, when pinched rash will come which is also paining and will fade away within hours, when i beat somebody or got beaten feels pain on skin and shapes of fingers appear if beaten and will fade away within hours...how to overcome this..how much time will it take to cure..please help
