My friend is suffering from abdominal pain since 4 days. She is married and she is having 4 month old child. The reports suggest it is acute pancreatitis. Could you please suggest how to proceed with treatment?

Conservative treatment is required,if pain is there can be allayed with analgesic,allow soft diet if no vomiting and intravenous iv fluid for first 48 hr of presentation

Most pancreatitis (80%) are mild to moderate. From the CT report it seems that your friend is having a mild Pancreatitis. Mild Pancreatitis heals without any much damage.
