I have an acute menstruation pain. Please, refer any painkiller that provides INSTANT pain and easily available in pharmacy stores. I cannot go to doctor right now. Please, guide me

taking pain killers may relieve ur period pain but sometimes its cause unusual side effects like stomach pain so my suggestion is to take homeopathic treatment which helps to relieve not only ur menstrual pain and further u need not to take any kind of pain killer at any moment ....which needs a constitutional treatment for that consult me online
