I am suffering high burning sensation in penis continue I am also diabetic my prostate is 38 c.f. please suggest me what can I do I am very in trouble can operation after operation burning go away in seaman culture show e.coli bacteria

For acute bacterial prostatitis treatment is conservation with antibiotics for 2-3 week according to antibiotics sensitivity along with diabetes management Surgery is required for prostatitis abscess drainage
