Doctor, I have been experiencing multiple symptoms including mouth ulcers, a white coating on the tongue, intestinal inflammation, bloating, chronic gastritis, enlarged and inflamed tonsils, and small pimple-like rashes. I also have fever every 1.5 to 2 months along with these symptoms, which leaves me feeling dizzy and unwell. All tests related to my chronic gastritis have been completed and were negative. I have tried Ayurvedic treatments in the past, but they did not improve my condition. I am concerned because these symptoms are recurring and need urgent evaluation
