I am using fresh aloe vera on my face and it is helping me to reduce pimples and acnes. But there are some marks and fresh breakouts keep on coming now or then. What should i do ?

You will need a course of treatment which will help in suppression of the acne . Meanwhile consult your gynaecologist to rule out ovarian causes for acne.
