I hv pitted acne scars on my face..I want dis to be removed from my face..is there any creams useful for dis or shall I go for some bellafil or laser treatment??suggest me plzzz

Many treatment options are available for Acne scars and pigmentation which the pimples leave behind after healing. Some creams are available but they are not very effective. Chemical peels can help you reduce the scars and pigmentation but the best treatment is carbon dioxide laser. You can contact  a Dermatologist which has the facility and take treatment.
