I have acne problem past 2 months. I am 30 year old female. I was prescribed following medications by dermatologists. But nothing is solving the problem. Adalene nano gel Epiduo Retin a One after another I have also taken following tablets Azythral Munoz er 45 But no improvement. All acne has turned black and dry. Please suggest some remedy
