I have several acnes or I don't know it's name properly on my back & neck of red color and they are spreading And someone told me that this is because of some clothes and sweating problem So please tell me what can I do ? Thank you.

Hello.. Well I suggest you to consult dermatologist to evaluate whether it's acne or dermatitis... It seems like your referring to acne..you can be started on topical retinoids and benzoyl peroxide
