..I have moderate Acne problem ...i will atleast have one lesion before another appears...i apply clear gel plus metro dg gel... acne are sometime painfull and are very big ones too ..feels little hard... any better cream ?

Hi. you have grade 3 pimples means severe acne. creams will not help you. consult a dermatologist, he ll evaluate and start you strong oral medications. In 3-4 wks of treatment you ll see good improvement. even Chemical peeling can be tried
