My self Amit Sinhababu form west bengal.Now.I have a acne problem form my age 14 year.My darmatology suggested me isotretinoin. 1 st time i take it 6 months(30mg/day).this time my acne is clear.but acne returned agen afer 3 yr,this time same treatment, then agen returned acne after 6 months. how many time take isotretinoin?what the side effects?
