You will benefit from isotretinoin tablets. It is a nightmare that responds well to medicines. It takes about 3 weeks for the medicines to start showing improvement. I follow up my patients monthly once till the pimples reduce significantly (about 3 months) and then at longer intervals till the acne stop completely.
