I have this acne or something on my lip. Its like a bulge, inside of the skin. Hurts when I press it. Please suggest a solution.

Can you please pics of your lip showing the lesion. Do you problem of acne on face too. Have you applied something on it. Is there any pus in it. Apply any antibiotic cream on it. Review with pic
