I have little bump pimple on side of my nose from 2-3 months. i squeeze it but it regrow always. Now it becomes little hard and looking very weird. Please help me and tell me the solution

Hi this appears more of a cyst...kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation as this may require removal Thanks
