Acne and scars thereafter for last 1 yr. Feel it is due to hair dandruff. Too much on my forehead , cheeks , shoulders . With a puss , somewhat sticky substance. please suggest best ointment

Get a proper evaluation done by dermatologist to get rid of them. You can't tackle with just cream or ointment. You will require isotretinoin tabs for 1-2 months for acne and for scars procedures like Chemical peels, Dermaroller, Lasers resurfacing for about 3 -5 sessions might be required.
