I have been found of some sort of acne and it is left by some black spots...now it is being found on back and stomach too...what should I do to get rid of these acne and marks??Is it due to high temperature??can u plz explain it in detail???

This is is pi it could be due to acne or other cause there are depigmenting creams that are avai .
