I have a dandruff problem which results an acne on my back.. Dey are very itchy and painful.. Kindly help me with it.. Im using Cetaphil for d same over my face

Hi , greetings. Cetaphil won't help in acne or in dandruff. You need an antifungal shampoo for dandruff and probably even a short course or oral antifungals.
