Hi I have severe acne problem I have cunsulted various doctors they have suggested me to use tretinoin m using this I want 2 know that if I want to use some homemade packs can I use please suggest me and whether steaming is good for my skin if yes how frequently please suggest me. Thank you

If you do all these home remedies, it will irritate the skin more. Resistant and recurrent adult acne can be due to hormonal imbalance in women which we call pcod and that needs to be checked. Please call me and visit my clinic if you are in Bombay. Face packs usually increase acne.
