Hi.. Arthroscopic surgery is the better option for your issue...with speedy recovery less complications...with less number of hospital stay.. In India it costs around 2 to 3 lacs.. In Mumbai you have very good arthroscopic surgeons available to fix your knee.. Hope this information help you
