Acknowledging my problem

I've consulted few doctors regarding my problems through Practo who told me that I may be suffering from depression or hormonal imbalances. I have tried sharing about some of my symptoms to my family members but they were unable to figure out. I find myself helpless. What can I do now? And if sharing is the solution how do I explain my problem to them effectively?
