Acidic reflux+teeth grind

Severe acidity, teeth grinding in sleep, chest pains, back and shoulder pains. Went for an endoscopy recently - only throat infection diagnosed. No ulcers. I've tried a number of doctors and received countless treatments for acid reflux. I'm a smoker and drink as well (moderate to high on both).

Hi...... Eat smaller, more-frequent meals. If you experience frequent indigestion, try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can.... Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty.... .Avoid alcohol. Alcohol can irritate the mucous lining of your stomach... Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals. Don't lie down after a meal. Wait at least three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed. ....
