Doctor, I have been having burning sensation in my stomach for many days and today I am feeling very intense burning sensation in my chest. I have been eating spicy and outside food for many days. I am 39 years old. This burning sensation is more at night. My blood pressure is normal 130/90. Why is this burning sensation occurring, sir? What should I take? It is a cardiac or acidity

It is definitely hyperacidity and gastritis. You should consult a physician locally and start yourself on medication such as appropriate antacids
