Accidentally stabbed my eyeball!

I was cleaning and didn't see a piece of 18 gauge wire ....as I bent down, i ran right into it ....with my right eye!! It hurt alot, and then 20 minutes later it felt better. Fast forward 24 hours, hurts super bad. It is now incredibly blood shot, you can see a raised lump where it was stabbed and hurts. No insurance, no $. Help me please!

if your  vision  is ok then it's the matter of less worry  .if a raised bleb like protrusion is on the black part then whether the vision  is affected or not it may be a serious problem.  please share a close-up pic of your eyes.
