I had ingested around 3 panadols (500mg each) at once a few days back, as I had an unbearable stomache ache Is there any serious issue with that?

Hi Nothing to be worried as such But you should always consult a doctor before taking any medications - paracetamol is not usually used for stomach ache - taking high dose can cause poisoning depending on your health, body weight and other factors So always consult a doctor for appropriate medications and appropriate dose
