Abscess in the abdominal wall.

I have been suffering from abscess following a diagonistic laparoscopy for primary infertility in august 2015. It was detected with multiple sinus in the abdominal wall.After that last year in July 2016, undergone surgery,excision of abdominal wall and repair of rectus muscle defect with prosorb mesh.I was suggested to continue medicine(tablet forecox) for six months.i.e. Till December 2016.in this case now in march 2017, I have again diagonised wIth an abscess at the same site.means in the superficial layer of the skin debris measuring 1*1cm.Can this abscess be cleared permanently in homeopathy medicines.Can u pls suggest me the permanent solution for this.
