Abscess in tail bone area

I am having severe cough frim 20 days and also mild fever. I took medicines but could not get over it. At the same time i was having pain in tail bone after checking it found to be an abscess or boil. I wanted to ask do ibneed to operate it or it can be cured with dressing and all. Also please tell me lady surgeon near icici manipal banking academy thanisandra road bangalore

Hello there. Kindly stop self medication be it for fever or cough. Take a physician's opinion regarding this. And for the tail bone area problem, it could also be a pilonidal sinus, Consult a surgeon regarding this. Regards
