Abrasions and reddishnes on scrotum

I got some reddish abrasions on my testicular skin. It hurts everytime I move. This is the first time I have got anything like this. It started 3 days ago. I applied Candid - B the first time, but then I guess it got worse. Then I got another cream, Dermiford, from this pharmacist friend of mine & even that didn’t help. Please help.
