Above buttocks pain and numbess and burn

Hello doctors when ever I sleep I get pain from two sides of buttocks to legs and numbness and burning while sleeping I always wakeup in middle of night due to pain and when I wake up I feel burning sensation above two sides of Buttocks and two toes sometimes Tingling and numbess at both side of buttocks is it anything serious? I have pain of neuropathy also pls help me to diagnose when I touched two side of buttocks below pelvic bone I feel some pain and swollen is it anything serious like cancer?

You need further evaluation sir clinically and radiologically with MRI spine to confirm… according to the symptoms u have mentioned it looks like sciatica that is kind of radiating pain from hip down to the legs…

Any history of recent fall or trauma over back? You will need MRI spine to rule out any problem with spine. Also any history of chronic smoking? Any discoloration in toes or limbs?

I don't think it's cancer sir.. but you sound like you might have sciatic pain! It's a neurogenic pain due to undue stress or strain onthe nerves going to the leg. Do u experience it like a shooting shock like pain from buttock to foot? You need further evaluation and assessment sir
