Sir from few month I have a hollow pain above navel and below chest like hungry feel it comes in night after eating sometime and empty stomach it's worse sir what to do please guide

Symtoms your are describing are that of peptic ulcer ( stomach or intestinal  ulcers ) or small erosions in stomach Precautions - Avoid tea / coffee / spicy meals for a week Take Pantoprazole 40 mg BD for a week if symptoms improve continue for a month If no improvement in a week or symptoms increase you can contact me over phone Btw 7-9 pm Gastroenterologist - Specialist in these problems
